We have designed the fredafashion.com website with two shopping modes in mind - browsing and instant gratification. While browsing you can enjoy the magazine content, then click and buy from photographs of items you like. Alternatively, if you know what you are looking for, use the SEARCH feature found on the tool bar, or the SHOP feature where you will find a menu of available choices broken down into categories such as coats, jackets, dresses, etc.
As you know, many countries have different sizing systems. In order to simplify things we have taken the time to interpret the various sizes British, French, Italian, and American into a standardized XXS, XS, S, M, L, XL and XXL system and a size chart is available on every product page. Should you be unhappy with the fit for a particular purchase you can return the item, or exchange it for a different size. Please follow the instructions listed under returns. View our Size Chart
All items shown are in stock unless the words "Sold Out" appear. From time to time items which have not yet arrived in stock will be available for advanced purchase. Please be aware that even if the product is in your shopping bag it isn't reserved and can be bought by another customer while you are browsing.

After you place your order, you will receive an email from us acknowledging that your order has been received. This does not mean that we have accepted your order. If your item(s) has been sold out in our warehouse, we will try our utmost best to locate the item(s) from our Matches stores. Only after your credit card details have been approved, the delivery address has been verified and the item(s) located, will your order be accepted and the item(s) shipped. At which point you will receive a second email from us confirming your order. Should any of the item(s) you have ordered be unavailable you will be quickly informed of the out-of-stock piece(s) and your payment for the item(s) will not be processed.
We ship all of our orders using DHL. When we dispatch your order for delivery you will receive a unique tracking number by email from DHL. Once in receipt of this reference number you can check the current status of your shipment by logging onto www.dhl.com Alternatively, you can email us on customercare@matchesfashion.com and we will track the order on your behalf.
Please be assured that we consider all of the information you share with us to be totally private and confidential. fredafashion, like offline shops, offers seasonal sales. You can be guided directly to the sale section by a category within the SHOP menu. Please note matchesfashion.com cannot guarantee that its prices will be equal to offline stores when they go on sale. Also, due to the exclusive nature of our stock, we cannot guarantee that an item will still be available for purchase late in the season.
